Different areas of Office or Hotel or mall has different needs of lighting solutions. Some of those can be wired and some can be wireless. Some can be decorative or some can be façade. At present, all these solutions work in stand alone mode with their own dedicated controlling mechanism. Requirement is to have common controlling mechanism across various lighting systems so that, optimal solution can be deployed based on actual needs.

Each of these solutions, wired/wireless works on their own protocol/controller with limited or no flexibility. On the other hand, these systems can be interconnected via costly protocol converters, still not providing the flexibilities required.
Solution
We shall provide a dedicated Edge controller which will integrate with all these different OEM systems, supporting multiple technologies and provide centralized monitoring and control capabilities. Once integrated, data/alarm/event from one system can be used for necessary actions in other system(s). In future, in case of any support issue or upgrade/replacement, Customer will have the flexibility to choose from latest technologies and/or different OEM to meet his/her actual needs
